Ok - so I'm on Day 1 of the decaffeination. Yikes! I'm trying to go from a bazillion Diet Cokes a day to none or one. I might have tapered off too quickly - I have a headache. But I'm hoping that getting off the bad stuff will help with a lot of different things.

Ok - I've been up all night (since about 4 pm yesterday, actually) and have been working feverishly on getting this thing caught up. I'm having technical difficulties and it's making me MADDDDDD!!! But this certainly cheered me up!!!

We had a funeral service and burial at sea for a son of a friend of the family.  He passed away on Halloween from a massive heart attack.  He always loved diving off the coast of Boca Raton and his family felt it fitting that he be laid to rest there.  The seas were a bit rough but it was a nice ceremony and gave some closure to all who were in ( Read more... )

I don't know whose rules these are... but I thought they were good ones to live by!!!
